Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems.
- Ensure HVAC, generators, pumps, and equipment operate efficiently.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Coordinate with contractors and maintenance teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in hospitality or commercial facilities.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and maintenance software.
- Professional engineering certification is an advantage.
