Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CCTV, access control, networking, and security systems.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure and surveillance equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Implement cybersecurity and data protection measures.
- Coordinate with vendors for system upgrades and maintenance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of networking, CCTV, and security systems.
- Experience with Windows servers and network troubleshooting.
- Good communication and technical documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA, or Microsoft.
- Experience in hospitality or enterprise security systems.
- Knowledge of cloud services and cybersecurity best practices.
